Descripion

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of laboratory facilities and equipment (solution air conditioning, multi split, pure water machine, high-pressure sterilization cabinet, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment.
2. Conduct daily inspections, promptly identify and address potential hazards, and reduce equipment downtime.
3. Develop and implement maintenance plans for facilities and equipment, submit procurement requests, and inspect spare parts.
4. Comply with safety and national standards to ensure compliance throughout the entire process of facility maintenance, repair, and renovation.
5. Familiar with low-voltage distribution systems, capable of low-voltage line maintenance and simple line renovation construction.
6. Participate in shift work and night duty.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirement

1. Under 50 years old, in good health, with a college degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, mechanical engineering or related fields, with a low voltage electrician certificate and a pressure vessel operation certificate preferred.
2. Proficient in using commonly used office software on computers.
3. Work experience in biopharmaceuticals and safety assessment laboratories is preferred.
4. For those with excellent conditions, age and education can be appropriately relaxed.
