On November 24, 2021, the Drug Safety Evaluation Research Center of Shandong Xinbo Pharmaceutical Research Co., Ltd. reported on the regularization of new employees. The attendees include Chairman Liu Yaling, General Manager Shen Lianzhong, Pathology Expert Lang Shuhui, and other company executives, department heads, and mentors. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Liu Wenqian.

Eight employees who are waiting to be converted to regular status will report on their work situation, training situation, professional knowledge learning, and learning plans for their future work since joining the Xinbo family. They will be supplemented and commented on by their teachers, and company leaders will conduct on-site questioning and assessment.

At the meeting, the probationary employees were well prepared and had a sincere attitude. They actively answered questions raised by company leaders and conducted on-site drills, all of which were recognized and successfully passed the probationary process. During this period, General Manager Shen Lianzhong asked: We are engaged in GLP, how do we understand the "G" in GLP? The new employees each elaborated their own understanding and insights. Mr. Shen demands that we not only strive for excellence in GLP, but also strive for excellence! Whether it is the preparation of instruments before surgery or other aspects, comprehensive preparation is necessary. Doing GLP is a process of continuous improvement. Chairman Liu Yaling proposed that quality is the core of GLP, and our work should be accurate, efficient, and error free. At the same time, the chairman approved of the current form of cultivating new talents through mentoring, hoping that each department can implement and improve it according to their own work characteristics.
