Mr. Shen demands that we not only strive for excellence in GLP, but also strive for excellence! Whether it is the preparation of instruments before surgery or other aspects, comprehensive preparation is necessary. Doing GLP is a process of continuous improvement. Chairman Liu Yaling proposed that quality is the core of GLP, and our work should be accurate, efficient, and error free. At the same time, the chairman approved of the current form of cultivating new talents through mentoring, hoping that each department can implement and improve it according to their own work characteristics.
