In order to accelerate development and build a higher level of innovative drug safety evaluation team, Shandong Xinbo Drug Research Co., Ltd. decided to invest in the construction of an innovative drug evaluation platform with the "Shandong Xinbo Drug Research Institute" as the leader in Lishan International Cell Industrial Park.

On February 1, 2024, Shandong Xinbo Pharmaceutical Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Lishan International Cell Industry Park jointly held a signing ceremony for entry. Company representatives Liu Zhaoping and Liu Yaling attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, both parties introduced their respective development plans and communicated about cooperation channels and resource sharing. Subsequently, they signed the "Minghu International Cell Medicine Industrial Park Plant Purchase Agreement".

The company has invested in the construction of the "Shandong Xinbo Drug Research Institute" in Lishan International Cell Industry Park as a non clinical evaluation platform for innovative drugs. The research institute will focus on providing non clinical evaluation services in the following areas in the future: safety evaluation of cell-based drugs based on organ chip technology, toxicological evaluation of drug sensitization research, and efficacy and pharmacokinetics research of innovative compound formulations.
