Director Shen reported on the advantages of LIMS application, preparation before application, performance verification, focus points during the implementation of the project, and potential risks of application. Especially during the implementation of the special topic, attention should be paid to the laboratory labeling system, individual animal identification and numbering, storage and use of test substances, preparation of test substances, and observation of clinical symptoms in animals.

The currently independently developed STSS (Standard Toxicity Study System) system includes modules such as organizational management, instruments and equipment, test substances, reagents, SOP, environmental monitoring, QAU, thematic implementation (general toxicity, reproductive toxicity), form printing, and message sprites. At present, the system has entered the comprehensive testing phase and is expected to enter full application by the end of 2024.
