On January 4, 2025, the "Shandong Xinbo 2025 Work Outlook Meeting" was grandly held. Nearly 200 people from the company's leadership team, cadres and employees attended the meeting. Liu Baofeng, general manager of the company, made the "Shandong Xinbo 2024 Annual Operation Report", which comprehensively summarized the company's operation and work results in 2024, emphasized the strategic planning in 2025, clarified the focus and development path of future work, and explained the company's new management system documents.

General Manager Liu Baofeng said that 2025 is the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Shandong Xinbo, and it is also a key year for the company to pursue breakthroughs and achieve corner overtaking.

The meeting invited Tang Hengke, director of the safety evaluation center of Shandong Xinbo Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., to introduce the construction of new facilities and new teams in Jinan, and Director Tang proposed that in 2025, the new facilities will work together with Xinbo to achieve development and jointly contribute to the company's business growth.

At the end of the meeting, Liu Zhaoping, Dean of Xinbo Pharmaceutical Research Institute, made an academic report, explaining in simple terms how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by strengthening company management in today's fierce market competition environment. Dean Liu pointed out that the best way to enhance the company's core competitiveness is to understand and give full play to the advantages of GLP in corporate governance, integrate GLP into the corporate governance system, and realize the organic unity of rules and regulations and GLP implementation.
